Tutoring for new students begins with a comprehensive assessment(s) in reading and/or math. These assessments allow me to determine what your child already knows, where they are struggling to move forward, and where they may have gaps in their understanding which may be going unnoticed and contributing to their struggles. Following assessments I will share a comprehensive plan for your child’s tutoring journey.
I offer one-on-one tutoring in math and reading for students in Kindergarten-4th grade. If your child is older than 4th grade, and performing significantly below grade level, please reach out.
